- Created a responsive, high-performance strategic staffing
function that made Spike transition from start-up manufacturer
to employer of choice in wireless broadband industry (230
employees in US, Europe, Latin America, Pacific Rim, with $500M
German and Danish telecom contract).
- Assisted with integration of 40-person acquisition in 2001.
Analyzed job levels, skills and compensation equity.
Adjusted recruiting strategy to encompass major shift in
business model.
- Counseled management during two RIFs to ensure key skills
retained while meeting legal requirements. Provided
