I am a skilled, hands-on Human Resources Generalist with 10 years of human capital and business partner experience in the engineering, telecom, information technology, financial software, and outsourced manufacturing environments.  I'm experienced in all aspects of the daily operations of a comprehensive human resources function, with the talent and enthusiasm to creatively identify and resolve challenges, empower employees and develop strategic programs for organizational success.

Some of my accomplishments include:

• Recruiting and building teams with solid technical and leadership talent.
• Analyzing and implementing new cost effective hiring and retention strategies.
• Improving programs for safety, wellness, diversity and morale.
• Administering documentation and reporting, salary, performance and benefit plans.
• Identifying and managing employee relations issues with employees at all job levels.
• Counseling and advising managers, supervisors and employees on HR best practices, employment law, policies and procedures, benefits, compensation, payroll, recognition, retention and staffing.
• Developing and implementing training programs for managers and teams in communications, safety, diversity, coaching, interviewing, performance improvement, career development, compensation, benefits and new hire orientation.

While my experiences and positions have varied in job level and environment, I am an enthusiastic, effective and successful team player, motivator and communicator with everyone in an organization (I'm multilingual in Spanish and French). I possess strong, sensitive communication and negotiation skills demonstrated through interactions with senior management, vendors, partners, candidates and staff members.
